Experience
Jeff is responsible for setting the direction, operation and control of BerrieHill Research Division of ARA. He works to implement and maintain effective strategic initiatives, corporate structure, leadership, business controls, culture, and people development.
Previously, Jeff worked at Mission Research Corporation (now part of Orbital-ATK) for 13 years, leading the Signature Exploitation Group of their Electromagnetic Observables Sector. There, he managed projects and directed technical work in areas of computational modeling, aerospace materials, radar, and conformal antenna arrays. Before that, he worked at The Ohio State University ElectroScience Laboratory for 6 years, while completing his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees.
Jeff is a senior member of the IEEE, a member of the Association of Old Crows, and a life member of The Ohio State University Alumni Association. He has also served as the Chairman of the AFRL-sponsored Material Measurement Working Group.
Jeff was born in Dayton, Ohio, where he and his wife, Lynn, make their home. His hobbies include astronomy, fishing, hiking, physical fitness, art, music, and travel. He is a firm believer in charitable giving, supporting education at The Miami Valley School and The Ohio State University, health at the Elizabeth’s New Life Center, social services at the Dayton Life Enrichment Center, and culture at the Dayton Art Institute.
