Experience

Paul coordinates and manages BerrieHill Research Division of ARA’s antenna technology work at its Lafayette, Colorado, location. His background includes the design and development of antennas, antenna arrays, radomes, frequency selective surfaces (FSS), RF circuits, and low observable structures amenable to a variety of platforms and applications.

He has designed a number of different conformal, wide-band antenna array apertures to accommodate both linear and circular polarizations, as well as high-efficiency and power-handling requirements. His expertise spans both the theoretical and experimental, passive and active aspects of antenna technologies. His experience also includes antenna-related manufacturing and test processes.

Paul joined BerrieHill in 2011 from Mission Research Corporation (MRC), where he founded and directed the company’s Lafayette Advanced Antennas office since 2000. He also worked at MRC from 1987-1995, working in the Electromagnetic Observables Sector in Dayton, Ohio, before joining Ball Aerospace’s Low Observables Group in Broomfield, Colorado.
